Roles:

Chairperson: Leads the board meetings, facilitates discussions, ensures effective governance practices, and represents the board to stakeholders.

Vice Chairperson: Assists the Chairperson and steps in when the Chairperson is unavailable.

Secretary: Maintains board records, prepares meeting agendas and minutes, and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.

Treasurer: Oversees the financial affairs of the organization, ensures accurate financial reporting, and provides financial oversight.

Board Members (Directors): Participate in board meetings, contribute to discussions, and provide strategic guidance based on their expertise.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Oversight:

Define the organization's mission, vision, and strategic goals.

Approve and monitor long-term strategic plans and initiatives.

Financial Oversight:

Approve budgets, financial plans, and major expenditures.

Ensure the financial stability and sustainability of the organization.

Review and approve financial statements and reports.

Governance and Compliance:

Establish and enforce governance policies and practices.

Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Evaluate and mitigate risks to the organization.

Executive Management:

Hire, evaluate, and, if necessary, terminate the CEO.

Support and provide guidance to the executive team.

Ensure the CEO and executive team are executing the strategic plan effectively.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Communicate with and represent the organization to stakeholders, including shareholders, employees, clients, and the community.

Ensure transparency and accountability in the organization's operations.

Performance Monitoring:

Regularly assess the organization's performance against strategic goals and objectives.

Conduct evaluations of the board's performance and effectiveness.

Resource Development:

Ensure the organization has the necessary resources (financial, human, and physical) to achieve its mission.

Participate in fundraising and development efforts, as needed.

Business Development Manager

Responsibilities: Responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding the client base, and fostering strategic partnerships.

Director of Training Operations

Responsibilities: Developing and managing training programs, overseeing trainers and facilitators, ensuring quality and consistency in training delivery.

Training Managers
